McKenzie has always loved animals, she has had dogs, birds, hamsters, and rabbits. Her dream has always been to help and rescue animals. McKenzie now has dogs, bunnies, and chickens, she loves working with her dog and does training and for-fun agility with him. Starting in 2018 McKenzie volunteered with the Everett Animal Shelter, doing dog walking, puppy adoption events, and fostering senior dogs. She is very interested in animal behavior and has only been working in a vet clinic for about 9 months but she has learned so much and is very excited to continue to grow in this field. Her favorite thing about working here is how much there is to learn with each individual case.
