Dr. Yang was born and grew up in South Korea and moved to Washington state attracted by the lovely and beautiful environment. He received DVM degree from Jeju National University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. He enjoyed volunteer activities and trainings in wildlife rescue centers in Cherwon and Jeju during his college years. After graduation, he completed his military duty with various experiences in quarantine and animal protection service. Thereafter, he worked in small animal hospitals in South Korea focusing on emergency and urgent care over four years. He is interested in surgery and internal medicine and has enthusiasm to learn various fields of veterinary medicine.
He is happily spending his leisure time hiking, reading books, going on walks visiting different parks and traveling with his wife.
