“I graduated from veterinary school in 1991 from Oregon State University. My career began at a mixed animal practice in Cottage Grove, Oregon and I quickly discovered that wrestling with cows on emergency at night was not going to be sustainable. I then moved to Seattle and practiced small animal medicine and surgery as an associate for 4 years. With additional training and experience I became proficient in many soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.

I really enjoy performing TPLO procedures on dogs with torn cruciate ligaments and most any challenging fracture repair. As my career has progressed I have come to truly appreciate seeing pets from the puppy and kitten stages all through those last difficult times. I like to advocate for the best care of the patient while ensuring the client feels involved and understands the purpose of the recommendations. The veterinary profession has been a perfect match for me and I hope to see you and your pets for a long time to come!”
